Are you connecting to a certain Wi-Fi network whenever you’re at home or work, but it’s not the network that you want to connect to? You may already know how to switch to a different one, but you might prefer to make it a little easier so that you simply connect to the right network automatically.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
You can do this by forgetting a Wi-Fi network to which you are connected, which will prevent you from connecting to it in the future. With that network forgotten, your iPhone will now connect to that other network automatically.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The steps in this article were performed on an iPhone 7 Plus in iOS 12.2, but also work in many earlier versions of iOS as well. Note that you will need to be currently connected to the network that you wish to forget in order to complete these steps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
