How to Disable Dictation on an iPhone 11
The steps in this guide were performed on an iPhone 11 in iOS 13.1.3, but will also work on other iPhone models using the same version of the operating system.
Step 1: Tap the Settings icon.

Step 2: Open the General menu.

Step 3: Select the Keyboard option.

Step 4: Tap the button to the right of Enable Dictation.

Step 5: Touch the Turn Off Dictation button at the bottom of the screen to confirm.
